This Change Order to the Contract document shall supplement, amend, and shall become a
part of, and be incorporated as an Addendum to the Contract.
The following is a summary and description of the revisions to the Contract by this Change
Order:

1) Change RTUs: The RTU supplier discovered that the replacement units specified no longer fit
the existing curb and ductwork due to a design change that they were not aware of. Smaller
units are being substituted that will fit the existing curbs. Cost deducts for the smaller units will
be applied to extra gas and electric work needed for the new units. This CO covers the
remaining balance.
