Chairperson,Committee This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code§5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) of the Whole for the discussion regarding"strategy in relation to pending litigation or litigation which has Tim Scott been threatened in writing". First District Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott,Dr.David Varner,Karen White,John Voorde,Oliver Davis,Regina Williams-Preston,Jo M.Broden and Council Regina Williams-Preston Attorney Bob Palmer.Gavin Ferlic was not present. Second District This is to certify that only the subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that Randy Kelly contained in the February 8th 2018"Notice"which lists the agenda item"Council discussion Third District on wiretapping case".
