Oliver Davis The March 29th, 2017 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to
Vice-President order by Council President Tim Scott at 6:15 p.m.and 6:45p.m. in the Council's Informal
Gavin Ferlic Meeting Room.
Chairperson, Committee This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code(ODL §6.1(b)(5))to
of the Whole receive information about and interview prospective employees regarding the vacant
Common Council Attorney position.

First District Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott,Karen White,John Voorde,
Oliver Davis,Regina Williams-Preston,Randy Kelly,Jo M.Broden,and Gavin Ferlic.Also
Regina Williams-Preston present were Interim Attorney Aladean DeRose and Christine Villaire,City of South Bend
Second District Talent Manager.Dr.David Varner was not present.
Randy Kelly This is to certify that only the subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that
Third District contained in the March 27th,2017"Notice"which lists the agenda item to receive

Fourth District Council President Tim Scott adjourned the Executive Session at 7:30 p.m.

An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held on
Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 6:15 P.M. AND 6:45 P.M. in the Council Informal
Meeting Room on the 4th Floor of the County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd.,
South Bend,IN 46601.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code(ODL § 6.1(b)(5))to
