The City Engineer presented the following estimate on the cost of RIMER

I herewith estimate the cost of the RIVER PARK SEWER SYSTEM NUMBER THREE
(3) at FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THO SAND (435,000.00) D.QLLARS.

Attorneys Gilliom, Graham, Fiewell, Pettingill and O'Neil representing
the lame property owners on East Jeffefson St. asked for more time for -their
clients toconsider the plans and the cost of the sewer. Mr. Colpaert and Attorney
Hammerschmidt representing H. G. Christman Co. requested that the resolwtion be
approved as son as possible.
Mr. Wolf representing, -the residents of River Park spoke at length of the
conditions in River Park in this district and that the people wanted the sewer and
thst there sho ld be no delay as they had been asking for a sewer for the last fowr
yeex
pensive. Mr. Hyde and Dr. Dugdale said that there was need for a'sewer but thokght

final estimtes allowed Jan►aary 23rd and 29th, 1924, s ogld be and the same are here-

west of center line of Catalpa avenk,e; also on Catalpa avenue from Garst street to Sam-
ple street; also on Kerr street from Catalpa avent.e to a point 220 feet west of
Catalpa avenge, Improvement, Resolwtion No. 1247, filed Jant„ary 29, 1924. And the
same is confirmed by the Board. .
Hearing had on resolNtion for vacation of all streets and alleys in -,Realty a,nd
Construction Company's First Addition, except 'Keller- s rest; ''Vacation. t, Plefolation
No 83.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrate was
filed. The Board therefore stAstain all former action ken on -said res&cation and
declare the above described property in all_mthings vacated and this resoiwtion inw-ali
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now orders that a list or roll be.prepared of all.owners'or
holders of prpperty and of valt-able interests therein owght to.be taken or to be
