L,nder Improvement Re sol c„tion No. 1283 Respatfu,lly submitted, Frederick J. Anderson City Engineer. Attorneys Gilliom, Graham, Fiewell, Pettingill and O'Neil representing the lame property owners on East Jeffefson St. asked for more time for -their clients toconsider the plans and the cost of the sewer. Mr. Colpaert and Attorney Hammerschmidt representing H. G. Christman Co. requested that the resolwtion be approved as son as possible. Mr. Wolf representing, -the residents of River Park spoke at length of the conditions in River Park in this district and that the people wanted the sewer and thst there sho ld be no delay as they had been asking for a sewer for the last fowr yeex pensive. Mr. Hyde and Dr. Dugdale said that there was need for a'sewer but thokght xpensive. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrate was filed.
