Anderson present. Hearing had on assessment rolls andillinsl estimates for the yellowing improvements Pip* sewers on North Shot& Drive from Iroquois Street to Parkovash Avenue On Marquette Avenue .from Iroquois Street to Parkovash Avenue and on Parkovesh Avenue from Iroquois Street to Marquette Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 12.33. . Grade curb and walk on Angella Avenue from Irequois'Street to 1st, alley west of Iroquois. Streets also Ostevii Street from Iroquois Street to. 2nd. alley west of Iroquois Street also the west � of Iroquois Street to alley north of Iroquois Street to alley north of Parkevash Avenue to alley north of Angell& Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1280. Pipe sewer on.Sorin Street from Waalsh Street to e. line ofPark Place under "Zmpro, ement Resoluttom No. 1246. . r In the above matter no+remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strznco was filed, The Board thereforo find that the property assessed in said rolls filed January 2Qth .9 1924 February 5th. 1,924 and January 15th. s 1924 are beenfitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed January 15th. 1924 s January 29th. s 1924 and February . 5tk. s 1924 and the final ,estimates allowed Jan. 15tk.s 1924 January 29tk.11 1924 and February 5th.9 1924 should be and the same are hereby is all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on improvement Resolution No..1282 for.the pipe sewer on Grace Street from Olive Street to Kaley Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said kearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premiseel.deoides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated post of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and therreupen takes final action. on said resolution as originally 'adopted and the same is hereby in all things -ratified$ confirmed and approved.. .Resolved further, that, notices be published on the 20th. day of Feb. 1924 and on the 27tg. day of February 1924 in the South Bend News Times and Tribunes in said City, stating that this Board will reeeive.bide for the con truction of said Improvement up to 10:)0 A.M. Tuesday March llth.s 1924. The Board neserves the right to reject any and all bids. Petitions filed and resolutions ordered as follows:$ Grade, curb and walk on Gertrude Street from Prairie Ave to Ewing Ave. Pavement on Calvert Street from Kemble Avenue to Michigan Street. Messrs Neddos Bondurant and Reynolds appraisers -on Sample Street Widening bfore the Board and matter of damages discussed. • Hurwieh Iron Company was given'an extensin of Thirty days to remove junk eto.$ from South Lafayette Street. This beiag�tha date set for the deferred hearing on Condemnation Resolution No, for Trunk sewer easement, same deferred until Wednesday March 5th.# 1924 at 7:15 P.M. This being the date set for the hearing on Vacation Resolution Ile. 78 adopted September 5th.s 1921 for Vacation of part of Kaley Street in this City. The communication of Jones, Obenokain and Montgomery attys. for the New Jersey Indianaa & Ill Ry. Company the petitioners was considered as filed under date of Feb. 5th.9 1924 and spread on Rage-75 of this record No. 12 and the Board hereby rescind all action on Vao.
