This being date set for deferred hearing on assessment roll and final astimate for pavement on Wayne Street from St. Louis Blvd. to Eddy Streets under Improvement Resolution No. Ittlix 1129 In the above matter property owners appeared, also George Riley and Bert,MoClellan of Relth-Riley Construction Company Contractors and agreed to repair any defects in pavement No written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in.said roll filed January 15th., 1924 is benefitted in the assents as shown an said rAls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed xxtyx Jan. 15th.9 1924 and the final estimate allowed January 15th., 1924 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,, confirmed and approved. Rearings on on assessment rolls an final estimates for the following improvements. Pipe sewer on Sorin Street from Walsh Street to E. line of Park Place, under Improvement -Resolution No, 1246. Pippe sewer on No, Main Street from Madison Street to Navarre Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1086. Pipe sewer on Humboldt Street from. Cleveland Street to Blain* Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1214. Pipe sewer on California -Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to alley east, under Improvement Resolution No. 1?73. Pipe. sewer on Howard Street from South Bend'Avbn'ue to City Limits, under Improvement Resolution No, 1238. Pipe sewer on Dorothy Street from. Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No.' 1??74. P�Pe sewer on Roberts Street from Mishawaka Avenue to River, under Improvement Resolutiop No. 1114. Grade curb and walk on west side of Miami S-treet from Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1121.- In the above matter no remonstrators appeareid and no written remonstrance -was filed. The Board., therefore final that the property assessed in said rolls filed January l5th.9 and January 16t►h., 1924 are benefitted in the P&mounts -,as ,shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls file.d January ­15th., 1924 and .January 16th. 1924 and the final estimates allowed January 15th., 1924 and January 16th., 1924 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratifiedn confirmed and approved. Resolved that the entire work under the-aboveresolutions and contract let thereunder be in all things accepted and approved aAd said final estimate be allowed. R.esolved that said notices in form required by law be sent and advertisin, waived as under date ,of waiver November 21st., 1922 and the 13th. day of Feruary 1924 at 7:15 P.M. at the office of said Board in the City Hall, South Bend, Indiana as the time and place when this Board will receive and hear remonsteaances against the amounts assessed against each of the lots ad parcels of land on said roll and Will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels, -of land will be specially benefitted by said improvement by the amounts stated and set forth An said roll. Resolved that said notices in fort required by law be published on the 16th. day of February 1924 and on .the 23rd. day of February 1924 in the South Berra News . Beard- instructiructed Clerk to notify appraisers on the Widening of Sample Street to appear before the Board Wednesday February 13th.9 1924 at 7;15 P.M.
