Board not in regular session at 7115 P.M. All members present.
Hearing bad on -assessment roll and final estimate for brick pavement on
Marietta Street from Indiana -Avenue to Broadway under Improvement Resolution No. 1174.
In the City of South Bonds, Indians. -
In tho.abov6 matter a remonstrator appeared but :no written remonstrance
was filed, The Board therefore find that the property assessed In said roll filed
December 18thig 1923 is benefitted-in the amounts as shown an said rolls, and the Board
further find that thesseesment roll filed December 18tho-i 1924 and thefinal estimate
allowed December 18%hov 1923 should biand*thei. same'are hereby in all things ratified*
confirmed and approved.

property owner appeared and objected to low spot in pavement at.535 So, Pulaski Street$
but no written remonstrances w9re filed on any of the above rolls. The Board therefore

beneft tted in the amounts as shown on said rollop and the Board further find,, that the

Resolved that said notices in form as -required by law be published on the
15th. day of January 1924 and on the 22nd..day of January 1924 In the South Bond News
Times and Tribune in said City setting and fixing this 30th. day of January 1924 at 7-015 P.M.
at the office of said Board In tho'Clty Hallo South Bend, Indiana as the time and place
when this Board will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against
