Board met in regular session at
7:15,P.M. All members present.
Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Trunk
sewer know as West Calvert Street trunk sewer district, under Improvement
'Resolutio n No. 1070. In the#City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter Atty Wm. Crabill and Mr.. Graffis represent-
ing the Terre Haute and bogansport Railroad Company appeared and filed written
remonstrance. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll
filed December 12th., 1923 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on saidroll,
and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Decemberl2th.9 1925
and the final estimate allowed December 12th., 1923 should be and the same are
hereby in all thingsratified,-confirmed.and approved.

Heights under Improvement Resolution No. 1201. In the City of South Bend, Ind.
In the above matter no written remonstrance was,filed and no
remonstrators appeared. The Board therefore rind that the property assessed in
said roll filed December 12th., 1923 is benefitted in the amounts as shown
on said roll filed , and the Board further find, that the assessment roll_,f'ile¢
December 12th., 1923 and the final estimate allowed December 12th..5 1923 should
be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 12th.

Petition filed for streets lights on Florine Court from Lincoln
Way East to New York Central Tracks. Same referred to the pole and wire inspec-
tor. for investigation.
Street Commissioner reported that dirt and sand on sidewalks on
Lots 5 and 6 Morris Park Add. Northwest corner of Portage Avenue and Kinyon St.
Owners names Wm. & Mamie Bradford, Mishawaka Indiana. also George Pence 941
Clover Street this City owner of Lot 87 Euclid Park Addition. Clerk instructed
to send notices as soon as weather permits the cleaning of said walks.

The annexed replat of lots 79 to 87 inclusive of D. M. Shiveley's
Addition t the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County State of Indiana, includes all the
land formerly embraced in lots 79 to 87 inclusive of the original plat of Do M. Shiveley's
Addition.
