Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th. , day

on this resolution in its office in the City Hall on the 8th., day of ebruary 1928
at 7-I5 P. M.

In the matters of improvement resolution NO.I986 for pavement
and sewers in tijoodlawn Second Addition and improvement Resolution No.I985 for pavement
in Marquette Park Firstd Addition tlYLBodrd hereby appoints Charles y`y. Cole to act
as engineer as petitioned for by the property ovmers in both additions.
The Board signed and g4proved partial estimate No.6 in connecti
with the Northwest Trunk 6errer under Improvement Resolution N .I774 as filed and
submitted by City Engineer, Mr. H. G. 11ray, in the amount of 75,923.96. Board also
signed the certificate for said estimate in the ar-,ount of estimate No.6.

The following bids for two tires for the Flusher in the 'Street Department were
received:

The Board instructed Clerk to order said tires from the Taylor Tire Shop at
'i their low bid of $105.70 for two tires.
The Board approved the estimated cost of repairing and overhauling Agin
u Sweepers at �'I,823.23 and ordered the street commissioner to proceed with said repairs.
This being the date set, bLQntinued hearing was had. on the assessment roll for
the Vacation of the alley between Lot 66 Hendricks and Grants Add and Lot IO Kent
and Garrisons Sub of Lot I Hendricks and Grants Addition from.Marion Street to the
�i north line of lots IO and. 66 under Vacation Resolution No.I763.
In the above named assessment roll, after hearing all persons interested in
same, the, Board modifies said assessment roll as _follows:

sewer under Improvement Resolution No.M933 in the amount of 58.63 signed by the %ploy-
ers Assurance Corporation.
