K Vacation Resolution No.I979 for the vacation of portions of
Marietta Street. ( See files for Copy of resolution.)
In .all of the above named resolutions, no remonstrators appeared
and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
takes final action on said Condemnation Resolutions No,I978 and No.I977 and Vacation
Resolution No:I979, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without.
modification.
The Board now orders that lists or rolls be prepared of all
owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein soughtto be taken,
which lists shall also describe the property beneficially affected by said condemnation
and vacation resolutions.

This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution
No.I989 for the pavement of Peashway Street from Leeper Avenue to the Southern Michigan !!
Railway right -Of -way.
In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators
appeared -and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the
premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be
assessed for said improvement, will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported b' th
the CituT .Engineer. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said Resolution No. I980, ;I
declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings cl�esed'l

Street to Tiffeade Street under Improvement Resolution No.I932.
Assessment roll for the grade, curb and vialk improvement on Huey
11 Street from the north line of Lot 350 Marquette Heights "-d.dition to Bryan under Improve-
ment Resolution No.I907.
Assessment roll for the grade, curb and waitk improvement on High
Street between Dubail and Bowman Street under Improvement Resolution No.I938.
Assessment roll for the grade, curb and wagk improvement on
1�ckamari Street from the east line of Studebaker Place Addi t ion to the east line of High
Street; also from a point I80 feet west of the west line of Dale Avenue to Miami Street
under Improvement Resolution No;I858.
In all of the above named assessment rolls, noremonstrators
appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the j
premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said
improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The
Board, therefore, takes final, action on said assessment rolls, declaring aame in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now
orders said assess,emt rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.

Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company has not been benefited in the amount�

Bend Indiana, out of appropriation No.H-23 which has been appropriated to the
Department of Public Works. With the above modification, the Board: hereby declares
said assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, as modified,
and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to
the Department of Pinance.

In the above., named assessment roll remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance
• with 4I signatures was filed. After hearing all persons interested in or affected by
said Condemnation and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides to -reduce
all of the assessments in the district 5% and with this reduction the Board finds that
the several lots and parcels of -land in said district have been benefited in "the amount
named. Therefore, the Board takes final action of said Assessment roll and declares
same in all things ratified,- confirmed and approved as modified and the proceedings
closed. The Board now orders said modified assessment roll delivered to the Department
of Finance.
