Company. 44signed by the Inland B The Board signed the contract with the VanTrump Testing Labor- story for Chemical inspection during the year 1928 at the rate of .03¢ a square yard of finished apshalt pavement of specified thickness of three inches, after compression with rollers. The Board adopted plans, specifications and a resolution for lighting streets, alleys, boulevards and public places in Coquillard Vlodds Addition. In the above named resolution, the Board hereby orders that on the Nth., day of January 1928 this Board vdll receive, open and consider sealed proposals said improvement, The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be publ: ed in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the 28th. , day of December 1927 and on thi 4th. , day of January 1928.
