Board met in regular session at 9 A. TV1. All members present. .
Minutes of meetings held November 29th.., and 30th., I927, read and
j approved.
I The Board signed the contract 'with Rocco.Simeri for the constructio
j of a� sewer in the Alley south. of Campau Street from Frances Street to center line of
Lot 5 Turnocic and Hartman's �'u.b. , under Improvement Resolution No. I96I. The Board also
approved the construction bond of same in the. amount of $499.30, which is I00�., of the �I
contract price signed by the Columbia Casualty Co.

The Board signed the contract with W. H. Plumbeck for t'',Ze grading i
of the first alley south of Calvert Street from Chapin Street to Kendall Street under
1 Improvement Resolution N9.I966. The amount of the contract being $90.00.
The Board approved the Guarantee, Bond of the Albert Construction
Co., for the pavement on Kaley treet from Division ''treet to Sample Streetunder Impro-1
vement Resolution No. I922. The bond for 3,669.00 signed by Inland Bonding `'o. , was !i
j for I0% of the construction cost.
l The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Co
for the pavement on Harris Street between Division 41treet and lord Street unde-, Improve
ment Resolution No.I927. The bond for ��I,30I.I4 signed by the inland Bonding glompany
wa s for I0% of the construction cost of said improvement.
Claims amounting to Fp980.26 approved and. signed by the .Board.
1 City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for
the pavement on Kenwood. Avenue from Olive Street to Bendix Drive under Improvement
Resolution No.I989.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that
on the I4th. , day of December, I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City
Hall at 7-I5 P. 11., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
has been assessed for said improvement and gill decide whether the several lots and
parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited
li in the amounts named on said assessment roll or in a greater or less amount than that
shown on said assessment roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing
shall be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the 9th., day of Decemb
and on the IOth. , day of December, I927, according to law.

ment and widening of Lincoln Way Viest from Cottage Grove Avenue to Wilber Street under
Improvement Resolution No.I8I4.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the
14th. , day of .December, 1927, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall
at 7-I5 P. IT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the seve-:al lots and parcels
of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll.
The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the�,�12th.,
day 'of December and on the I3th., day of December 1927, in the South Bend.News limes
and Tribune.
