Minutes of meetings held November 29th., and 30th., 1927, read and approved. The Board signed the contract with Rocco -Simeri for the constructic of a- sever in the alley sout of Campau Street from Frances Street to center line of Lot 5 Turnock and Ha,rtman's b. , under Improvement Resolution No.I96I. The Board_ alsc approved the construction bond of same in the.amount of499.30, which is I00 of the i contract price signed by the Columbia Casualty Co. The Board signed the contract with W. H. Plumbeck for t-�e grading of the first alley south of Calvert Street from Chapin Street to Kendall Street under Improvement Resolution No.1966. The amount of the contract being $90.00. The Board approved the Guarantee ,Bond. of the Albert Construction Co., for the pavement on Kaley Itreet from Division ''treet to Sample Streetunder Impro- vement Resolution No. I922. The bond for 3,669.00 signed by Inland Bonding o. , was for IO o of the construction cost. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Cc I for the pavement on Harris Street between Division 6treet and ford Street unde, Improve ment Resolution No.I927. The bond for $I,301.I4 signed by the inland Bonding ompany wa s for I0% of the construction cost of said improvement. Claims amounting to :980.26 approved and. signed by the .Board. City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for { the pavement on Kenwood Avenue from Olive Street to Bendix Drive under Improvement Resolution No.I989. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the I4th. , day of December, I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City j Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and gill decide whether the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll or in a greater or less amount than that - shown on said assessment roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published in the South Bend News limes and Tribune on the 9th., day of Decembe and on the IOth., day of December, I927, according to law. 'dray, filed primary assessment roll for the- pave- meat and widening of Lincoln. day West from Cottage Grove Avenue to Wilber Street under Improvement Resolution No. I8I4. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders. that on the Nth., day of .December, I927, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property bas been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the seve.-al lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll.
