�i Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. 11. All members present.

This being the date set, hearings were had on -the following improve-
ment resolutions:
Improvement resolution No.I973 for the local sewer in Eckman Street
�I between the west line of Lindbergh Park Addition and Miami Street.
Improvement Resolution No.I974 for the local sewer in Robinson Street.
from the South-east Trunk Sewer to the New York Central R. R.
r Improvement Resolution No.I975 for the grading of the alley west of
Miami Street from Irvington Street to Fairview Avenue.
In all of the above improvement ' resolutions, no remonstrators appeared
it and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being -fully advised in the premise
finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costsof same, as reported by the
City Engineer. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said resolutions and
declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved oldhout modification.
in the matter of Improvement resolutions No.I973 for the local sewer

orders that on the I3th. , day of December, I927, this Board will open, receive and read
sealed proposals for the construction of said sewers up to I0:00 A. M. The Board further
orders that notices of said proposals shall be published in the South Bend News Times
and Tribune on the 2nd. , day of December and on the 9th. , day of December,, I927.
This being the date set, continued hearing was had on Improvement i
Resolution No.I963 for the.pavement of Queen Street from Portage Avenue to Blaine Avenu {.
In the above matter, the Board decides to continue hearing on same until December 28th.,l

The Board signed the contract with John Lugaresi for the construction
of a local sewer in Anderson Avenue between Elwood Avenue and tiing Street under Improve
ment Resolution No.I962. Board also signed and approved construction bond for same I,
in the amount of 8.382,40, which is I00 of the contract price, signed by Employers I�
Liability Assurance Co.
The Board approved the renewal excavation bond of Arthur V. Meyer.

This being the date set, hearings were had on the assess-
-issessment roll for the pavement of Kaley Street from
Division Street to Sample Street under Improvement Resolution No.I922.
Assessment roll for thepavement of Harris Street from
Division ttreet to ford Street unc er Improvement Resolution No.I927.
In both of the above named assessment rolls, -.-remonstrators
appeared but no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in
the premises, and after hearing all persons interested in same, finds t'_hat the several
lots and parcels of land primatilytassessed for said improvements have been benefited
in the amounts named on said assessment` rolls. The Board,,, therefore, takes final actin
on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and appro
ed, without modification, and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assess
ment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.
City Engineer, filed tabulation of bids for the grading of
the first alley south of Calvert Street from Chapin Street to Kendall Street under
Improvement Resolution i1o.I966.

tion No.I966, the Board this 30th., day of NIvember, 1927, hereby awards the contract
for said improvement to H. W. Plumbeck at his low bid of �90.00.
