Board met in regular session at 9 A. M. All members present.
Minutes of meetings held October 25:tli., and 26*bL., read and approved.
This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the pave-
ment of McKinley Avenue from the :east line of Greenlawn Avenye t o the west line of
Twenty-second Street under Improvement ,Resolution No.I923. Bids as f ol.lovis:

All of the above bids handed to the City Engineer for tabulation.
The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds:
PM Guarantee bond of E. T. Tranberg for the avement of the alley between
lots .IO and II in �►,ayr's Addition under Improvement resolution No.I969.Amount of
bond being "p44.00 signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Co.
{ Guarantee Bond of the Williston Construction Go., for the pavement on
Lincoln Jay West from Wilber ''treet to Olive Street under Improvement Resolution No.
j 1815. Amount of bond being $7,880.98 signed by Inland Bonding o. .
I� The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Company for
the construction of bidewalk between _Ialnut and Chapin Street on Sample Street,
where necessary under Improvement Resolution No.I938. The amount of the contracty
being $45.00 and a personal., -bond covering same was signed by J. G. Schaub and E. A.
Coates, officers of the Williston Construction Co., and same was approved by the
li Board.
City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed the primary assessment roll for the
ji grade, curb, walk, sewer and pavement on I-Tedora Street from Elwood Avenue to Bulla
1 Street under Improvement Resolution No.I945.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the
9th., day of November, I927, this Board will meet in their office at 7-I5 P. MI.,
to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land
have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll or in
a greater of less amount.
City Engineer, 11r. H. G. Wray, filed the following primary assessment
rolls:

j In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that
on the 9th. , day of November, 1927, this Board will meet in their office at 7-I5 P.M.

City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed g-.eopy of the contract between the
City and the Albert Construction Co., for the pavement on Harris Street from Division
Street to Ford Street under Improvement Resolution No.I927. Board signed and approv
ed same in the amount of $I2,423.90.
