I This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess - went rolls.; Assessment roll for the pavement of Sunnyside Avenue from Wayne Stre'e. (North to Wayne Street South under Improvement pr vement Resolution No.I89I. Assessment roll for the vement of the Ist• , alley west of Johnson �! Street from Prast Street to Lincoln l`� p� ay est under Improvement Resolution No.I877. Assessment roll for the pavement on Bertrand Street from Bendix Drive to T3ancy Street under Improvement Resolution No.I902. In all of the above named improvement assessment rolls, no remonstra < appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the;!premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily.. assessed for said (improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll and that th6iben6f tsto ealdparcels of land are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by they gCity Engineet. Therefore, the Board takes final action on said assessment rolls, confirming without modification and declaring same in all things -ratified, confirmed and approved Viand the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. The Board approved the driveway plan at 820 E. Altgeld Street owned estimates: City Engineer, Per. H. G. dray, submitted the following partial Partial estimate No.I for the grade, curb and walk improvement on [uey'treet from north line of hot 350 Marc Heights Addition to Bryan Street under mprovement Resolution No.I907, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the `ity and Eston Ball Contractor. Board signed and 9pproved same in the amount of I,408.45. Partial estimate No-2 for the pavement improvement on Twenty -Sixth treet from Jefferson Blvd., to Mishawaka, Avenue in accordance with the terms of the ontract between the City And Rieth Riley �onstructi on Co., under Improvement Resolution o.I866. Board signed and approved same in the amount of I4,436.27. Partial estimate No.2 for the pavement improvement on 28th. , Street from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Trunk Rallway in accordance with the terms of the :ontract between the City and Rieth Riley Construction Co., under Improvement Resolution fo.I837. Board signed and approved! same in the amount of 8, 684. 75, . The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Co., for he pavement on the alley north of Napoleon Boulevard from Leeper Avenue to first alley ast of Stanfield Street under Improvement Resolution No.I9II. Amount of contract being 3,843.00 and t�e ftnstrtetion bond for 50% of the contract price was signed by the nland Bonding o. City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for he pavement on Frances Street from Sorin Street to kiouth Bend Avenue under Improvement esolution No.I864. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that' n the 2nd., day of November, 1927, this Board -will meet in their office at 7-I5 P.M, o hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been r will be benefited.in the,amounts shown on said roll or'in greater or less sum. VIray, filed primary assessment roll for the local sewer improvement on Fairview Avenue from Marine Street to Twyckenham give under I Impr ovemen.t Resolution No. I90I. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the 2 d , day of,tTotre'mber 1927, this Board will meet in the City Hail at 7-I5 P. T-,%, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide'whether the seve,--al lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll or in a greater of less sum. City Engineer, Mr. H. G Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates nd the Board adopted same for the relocation of sewers in Michigan Street, Main Street nd Lafayette Boulevard in connection with the track elevation at these points. In•the bone named matters, the Board hereby orders that on the 8th1, day of November, I9271 his Board will receive, open and read sealed proposals up to I0:00 A. 11. , for the con- truction of said work. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall e published on the 27th. , day of October and on the 3rd. , day of November, 1927. The Board approved the petition of the bouth Side Business j'en's Club to erect two signs in connection with their Hollowe'en celebration.
