pavement improvement on LaSalle Avenue from Main street to a point I7 feet west of
the east line of Lot 4 in Miller's sub., under Improvement Resolution No.I8I2
In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on the

Board met in.regular session at 9 A. IA. All members present.
Minutes of meeting held October 4th., 1927,read and approved.
The Board signed the contradt with J. A. Barnes for the construction of grade,
curb and walk on Brookfield Itreet from Hamilton'Street to Wilson Street under Improve
ment Resolution No.I9I6. The amount of the contract being 9,456.04 and the eRnstruct-
ion bond for IOG% of the contract prig signed by The Independence Indemnity-1jo., was
also approved.
The Board approved the guarantee bond of Rieth Riley Construction Uo., for the
Coltgelt Street pavement under Improvement Resolution No.I843, signed by Southern Surety
City Engineer, Mr. H. G. (dray, filed the following tabulations of bids: II

Improvement Resolution No.I963 for the construction of avement on
O,ueen Street from Portage Avenue to BI)aine Avenue. (See files for resolution
Improvement Resolution NQ.I964 for the construction of pavement on

In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby'
orders that on the 2nd., day of Novemeber, I927, this Board will meet in their office
jin the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from alI persons
whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the
r benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improve-
ment, will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer.
The Board further orders that ntocies of said hearings shall be published in the News
Times and Tribune on the I4th. , day of October and on the 2lst. , day of October, 1027,
and that 3hotices be mailed according to law to property owners affected.

Belleville Third Unit under Improvement Resolution No.I803.

tion No.I882. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 8,429.96.

Street from Fellows Street to a point I20 feet west of the west line of Dale Avenue,
in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Williston Construction
Company, contractors, under improvement resolution No.I8I6. Board signed and approved
same in the amount of 23,714.74.

from west line of Fellows Street to Miami Street in accordance with the terms of the
contract between the City and Williston Construction o., contractors, under Improve-
ment resolution No.I836. Board signed and approved same in the amount of 30,088.68.

against Carl D. Traxler, contractor in the Southeast Trunk -Sewwr improvement for
replacing sidewalk and curb on Calvert Street at the location of the Bowman Greek sewer,
