IT., to hear and redeive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be assesed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land, liable to/be assessed for said improvement, will be benefited in accardanco with the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. City ngineer, I`r. H. G. Wray, submitted a report on the remonstrance filed against the pavement of Colfax :venue from yialnut to Birdsell Street under Improvement Resolution i?o.I924. Report .as follows: There are 7 resident property holders on this street, 4 of whom have' signed the remonstrance. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls: Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Oliver Stre from awing Avenue to Donald Street under .Improvement Resolution I8I9. Assessment roll for the g-radem curb and ,.-.alk improvement on Huey Street from feller Street to Idarquette Blvd. , under Improvement Resolution No.I820. 1# all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstr<<tors appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said .improvements are equal to the amaiin't­det,� opposite same on the assessment roll.
