Company allowing them to take the ten year installment plan for their part of the cost of the pavement on Lincoln Way hest from LaSalle Avenue to Cottage Grove; on Lincoln Way West from Cottage Grove to Wilber Street; on Lincoln Way West from Wilber Street to Olive Street; on LaSalle Avenue from Main Street to Lincoln `Jay West. The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Constriction Go., for the pavement with Sheet Asphalt of Lincoln Way West from `Hest line of ottage Grove Avenue to Ylest line of Wilber Street under Improvement Resolution No.I8I4. Board also approved the constmetion bond of same in the amount of $90,459.75 signed by the Southern Surety Company. The Board signed the contract with the Northern Indiana Construction Co., for the construction of sewer on Ridge Road, Ridgedale Road, Garland Road, under Improvement Resolution No.I87I. Board also approved the construction bond of same in the amount of _$3,665#00 signed by the Standard Accident Insurance Co. The Board signed the contract with H. N. Barnes for the construction of (grade, curb and walk on Huey Street from Keller 6treet to rtilarquette Avenue under Impro- lvement Resolution No.I820. Board also approved the construction bond of same in the amount of $3, I04. I5 signed by the NbwnYork .1ndemni.ty Co. The Board signed the contract with E. T. Tranber for the construction of ;',pavement on the Ist. , alley west of Johnson Street from Prast treet to Lincoln Way West !under Improvement Resolution No.I877. Board also approved the construction bond of same ,in the amount of "762.80 signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Corp. The Board approved the recommend tion of Mir. H. G. -Dray for the removal of the drinking fountain on Lincoln Iffay "lest between LaSalle Avenue and Cottage Grove Avenue, in connection with the pavement of Lincoln dray. The Board approved the petition of the Indiana & Michigan Electric �'ompa for a new pole line on St. Joseph Street between Victoria Street and Fox Street relie ;Ewing avenue of the pole lines. Wray, filed an assessment roll for the pavement on Lafayette Blvd., from North line of alley nor:.h of North Shore Drive to `'ouch line of 1arquette Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.1755. I;., on July 27th., I927, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the property so assessed for said improvement are or will be equal to the cost of same as shoe-m on the assessment roll.
