G' dray, filed.. plans, specifieatiol4s and estimate and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of Division Street from the Fast line of Belleville Third Unit to the Vest line of Belleville Third Unit under Improvement Resolution No.I839. In the above named resolution, the Property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in procedure for the construction of improvements as fixed lava. 01hereupon the Board received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of the pavement on Division Street from Bast line of Belleville Third Unit to the Vest line of Belleville Third Unit.
