Guarantee Bond of I: Staples for the pipe sewer 'on Kale atreet'under

contract price.
Upon the recommendation of Etnest Younr`;, architect, the Board approved
j the new price of the Schmidt Stone CO., for the two tablets to be used 'on. the
I diver Park fire Station. Price 170.00 instead of 185.00 as first quated.
Claims amounting to 317.50 signed and approved'by the Board as follows:

The Board- approved the plans for a cinder drive on Lincoln "`Tay test at the
corner of the Crumstovm Road.
Continued hearing on assessment roll for Vacation Resolution No.1763.
In the above matter, upon motion duly made and seconded, t4-e Board decides
to continue hearing on aaid.•assessment roll until March I6th., I927i

Board met in special session at IO A. Y. All members present.
The Board a~.proved the Guarantee Bond of L. H. Jebster for the Pipe sewer on
Nash street under Improvement resolution No.I740. Bona signed by Fidelity and Deposit j
Company of Yaryland in the amount of $I05.48, which amount is IO o of the contract
price.
City Engineer, Yr. H. G. 1'dray, filed plans and specifications and the Board
adopted a resolution for the construction of a sev..,er along L«arine street, Irvington,
'I Fairview and Fc.man street under Improvement Resolution No.
In the above matter, property owners having waived all objections on and in defens,
to any defect to said rroceedings. Cler � instructed to advise contractors of said
proposed improvement and invite bids for same to be opened and read on i'tednesdayvenin

Board signed the contract with John r.. Hipskind for the construction of the
following work:
Sherman Avenue Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I77I. Total amount
of contract is '6,344.30. Board also approved the construction Bond for .this improve-
ment, which is signed by Inland Bonding Co., for I00% of the contract price.
Odiittruction of sewers on Bryan, Beale and Roosevelt and on Rose Street under
Improvement Resolution No.I732. Board also approved the construction Bond for this
improvement, which is signed by Inland Bonding Co., for I00 % of the contract price or
`?34, 654.40.
The Board approved the copy of the contract between the City and the Albert
Construction Co., for the pavement on Division street from the West line of Olive Stree
_ to the East line of Chicago, Street under Improvement Resolution ITo.I722, mount of
• contract $80,639.43.
The Board approved the recommendation of 1,7m. F. walls, for the removal of Street
j light in front of the service station owned by Holycross and Eye Service Station. The
same recommendation calling for placing of this light on the north-east corner of

11 letter from the City nttorney of Iishawaka, inviting the Board to
attend a joint meeting of the two Boards for the purpose of considering the joint
pe t i tion and resolutions for the improvement of Logan Street, was read and filed.
Due to t'le fact that our City Enginner, Mr. l�. G. Gray, will be 'out of the City on
Friday, T''iarch IIth., I927, the. Board instructed the Clerk to advise the City attorney
of 1,`ishawaka of their i#ability to attend the meeting at this particular time but
I if agreeable with theca, they will be glad to meet with the 1.1ishawaka Board on Friday

A claim of 27.50 for _ snow removal in January 1927, visas signed and
approved by the Board.
1 The Board approved the plat of Roseland Manor Addition in Section 13,
Township 38 N.R. 2 East, with the following dedication:
"The annexed Plat of Roseland Manor Addition, in Section 13. Townsrhip

38 North Range 2 East, is a subdivision of the following descritred property to wits
Beginning at the North East corner of the West One-half (*) of the
South Fast one quarter (g) of section 13. Township 38 North Range 2 *st, thence
Vest Forty`(40) rods, thence South parallel with the North and South center line
of said section 13, a distance of Eighty (80) rods, thence East Forty (40) rods,
thence North Eighty (80) rods to the place of beginning.
The Plat contains 96 lots, numbered from I to 96 inclusive. The size
of the 16ts and the width of the streets and alleys are marked on the Plat in feet
and fractions thereof.
The Streets and Alleys are,hereby, dedicated to the Public for the
us of the Public as Public Thoroughfares.
