Tuesday, February I5th., I927.
Board met in regular session at 9 A.. M. All members present.
Minutes of meetings held February- 8th. , and February 9th. , 1927
read and approved.
This bein; the date set, continued hearing was had on the
Assessment roll for the Vacation of alley in Henricks and Grants Addition under
Vacation Res oluti on No.I763.
Upon the request of interested parties, hearing was continued
until February 22nd., 1927,
jThe Board approved the following Guarantee bonds:
Guarantee Bond for the construction of pipe sewer on Donmoyer
Street from ?high Street to a point I52 feet west of the center line of Miami Street
under Improvement .resolution No.I735. John F. Hipskind., contractor; amount of
bond being I0% of the contract price or 38I.269 signed by Inland Bonding Co.
Guarantee Bond for the construction of a pipe sewer on Fox Street
from alley west of Clyde Street to Caroline Street under Improvement Resolution
No.I734. John F. Hipskind, Contractor; amount of bond being 10% of the contract
price or 355.76, signed by Inland Bonding Co.
Guarantee Bond for the construction of a pipe seeder on St. Peter
Street from '-`Iayne Street to alley south of 'Mayne Street under Improvement reso,lution'.

or 65.66 signed by the A-assacheutts Bonding and Insurance Co.

amount of bond being I0% of the contract price or II9.62 signed by the Massacheutts
11 Bonding and Insurance Co.
Guarantee Bond for the construction of a pipe sewer on Rush Street'
from Pennsylvania Avenue to a pint 250 feet South under Improvement resolution
No.I672. L. H. 77ebster, contractor; amount of bond being I0 of the contract price
or 60.88 signed by the i:Tassacheutts Bonding and Insurance Co.
Guarantee Bond for the construction of g_°ada, curb, walk, water
connections and sheet asphalt pavement on Palmer Blvd., from East line of Harriett
Street t.o East line of Madison Park Addition under Improvement resolution No.I723.
Albert Construction Co., contractors; amount of bond being I07o of the contract
price or 2,0I8.I9 signed_ by Inland Bonding Co.
The Board approved the excavation bond of Jay L. Taylor for
I,000.00 signed by Fidelity and Deposit Co., of Maryland.
The Board approved the renewal bond of I,000.00 for excavation
in behalf of Anthony-Lujawski signed by the New Amsterdam Casualty Co.
Upon the recommendation of `r%. F. Qualls, the Board approved
and granted The Indiana Bell Telephone Co., permission to place poles in the alley
south of King street, east of Portage Avenue, as per request of February 3rd., I927,
Claims amounting to ;III, I57.63 signed and approved by the Board

The Board approved the plat of John E. Greer with the following dedication:
"John E. Greens Subdivision of lot 33I in proposed plat of Coquillard's
Farm Addition.
This plat is lair out on the following described parcel of land, viz: -
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Hoard Street, produced
east, with the east line of Jai6ob Street, produced north, and running thence east
one hundred thirty-nine and one-third (I39 I/3) feet, on the south line of xaid
Howard Street; thence south three hundred fifty-one and one half (35I2) feet to the
north line of Corby Street, produced east; thence west z,-dth said north line of Corby
Street one hundred thirty nine (I39 I/3) feet to the east line of said Jacob Street
produced north; thence north, with said east line of Jacob Street three hundred fifty,
one and one half (35I1) feet to the plader of beginning.
