Minutes of meetings held February- 8th. , and February 9th. , 1927 read and approved. This bein; the date set, continued hearing was had on the Assessment roll for the Vacation of alley in Henricks and Grants Addition under Vacation Res oluti on No.I763. Upon the request of interested parties, hearing was continued until February 22nd., 1927, jThe Board approved the following Guarantee bonds: Guarantee Bond for the construction of pipe sewer on Donmoyer Street from ?high Street to a point I52 feet west of the center line of Miami Street under Improvement .resolution No.I735. John F. Hipskind., contractor; amount of bond being I0% of the contract price or 38I.269 signed by Inland Bonding Co. Guarantee Bond for the construction of a pipe sewer on Fox Street from alley west of Clyde Street to Caroline Street under Improvement Resolution No.I734. John F. Hipskind, Contractor; amount of bond being 10% of the contract price or 355.76, signed by Inland Bonding Co. Guarantee Bond for the construction of a pipe seeder on St. Peter Street from '-`Iayne Street to alley south of 'Mayne Street under Improvement reso,lution'. ' No.I694. L. H. Albert Construction Co., contractors; amount of bond being I07o of the contract price or 2,0I8.I9 signed_ by Inland Bonding Co. The Board approved the excavation bond of Jay L. Taylor for I,000.00 signed by Fidelity and Deposit Co., of Maryland. The Board approved the renewal bond of I,000.00 for excavation in behalf of Anthony-Lujawski signed by the New Amsterdam Casualty Co. Upon the recommendation of `r%. F. Qualls, the Board approved and granted The Indiana Bell Telephone Co., permission to place poles in the alley south of King street, east of Portage Avenue, as per request of February 3rd., I927, Claims amounting to ;III, I57.63 signed and approved by the Board as follows: Ind.
