Upon the recommendation of +m. r. Qualls, the Board approved the
following:
j Change lamp #1934 at St. Joseph Street and alley south of V-layn.e Street
from a 300 Watt Lamp to a 2500 lumen light at 35.00 a year instead of 45.00 per year.
Change lamp 7,4788 at Vassar and Lawndale fromaa 300 1,Iatt lamp to a a
4000 lumen light at 45.00 per year.
Cancel order for the installation of a 1000 lumen light on Pennsylvania
Avenue at the alley east of 1.1ichigan Street for the _reason that this light fannot
be installed without placing poles on Pennsylvania Avenue; and to take care of
j this vicinity, change the I000 lumen light at Pennsylvania avenue at St. Joseph:
Street to a 4000 lumen light at an addition cost of 23.00 per year
