Board met in special session at 9 A. M. All members prezent.
City 2ri.gineer, Y. H. G. 'dray, filed- the following assessment rolls
Pipe Seger on Fox Street from alley West of Clyde Street to Caroline Street
under Improvement Resolution No.I734.- John F. Hipskind, contractor, net amount
is
due contractor, 3,557.55.
j Pipe Sewer on Donmoyer Street from High Street to a point 152 feet west of
the center line of Miami Street under Improvement Resolution No.I735. John F.
Hipskind, contractor; net amount due contractor, 3,SI2.60.
Pipe Sewer on Oakside Street from 1- iami Street to Ist. , alley west of Dale
Avenue under Improvement resolution No.I67I. TRbce6aimeri,3, Contractor; amount
due contractor, I,600.69.
In all of the above matters, the Board hereby orders that on the I6th., day
of February, I927, this Board, at it's office in the City Hall, will meet' -to hear
and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said
improvement mid will decide whether the several lots or parcels of land have been
or will be benefited in the amounts shovm on said roll. Board further orders that
notices of said hearing be published on the 7th., day of February and on the I4th.,
day of February, I927, in the South Bend Nevis Times and Tribune.
City k.gineer, Mr. H. G. Vtray, filed the assessment roll for the pavement,
grade, curb, walk and water connections on Palmer Blvd., from.East line of Harriett
Street to the East line of Madison Park Addition under.Improvement Resolution
No.I723.
In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the I6th., day of
February, I927, this Board at it's office in the City Hall, will meet to hear and
receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed fro said
improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been
or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. Board further orders that
notices of said hearing be published IOth., d-ay of February and on the IIth., day
of February, I927, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
