Board met in re8ular session at 9 A. Y. A2:1 members present.
1:,inutes of reetings held January 26th. , nna January 24th. , I927,
read and approved.
Upon the recommendation of 17m. F. Qualls, the Board approved the
moving of light 11o.204 located on Oak Street at the alley east of Sherman Avenue,
to the corner of Oak Street and Sherman Avenue. Same ordered.
The report of F. E. Champaigag, City Electrician., on the Yeeting
of the Western Association of Electrical Inspectors, held January 25th., 26th. ,
and 27th., I927, read and placed on file.
The Board approved the estimate of installing a new Buda 11odel YTU
Engine z�,ith new magneto, carburetor and governor in the Federal Chassis on the
Street Flusher. Estimate of the hunicipal Supply CO-, for this work is 850.00.
The Board approved the following'Bonds.
Renewal certificate for excavation boi.d of Harve E. Yalott, I,000.00 '
Renewa Renewal certificate for excavation bond of Emett Shaul, I,000.00
Excavation bond for V. tit. Sibley, wI,000.00.
City Engineer, Yr. H. G. 1,Wray, filed the primary assessment roll for
the construction of the trunk sewer on Twenty-fourth Street under Improvement resolu-
tion No. I644 .
In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that- on the I6th. , clay
of February, I927, this Board at it's office in the City Hall, will meet to hear
and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said
improvement dnd will decide :.rhether the several lots and parcels of land have been
or jrill be benefited in the amounts sho n on said roll. Board further orders that
notices of said hearing be published in the ,outh Bend News Times and Tribune on the
4th., day of February and on the Ilth., day of February, I927.

Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. Mr. Ralph H. Kuss
absent.
This being the date set, hearing was had on the Condemnation
Resolution for the opening of streets and alleys in Jefferson Heights Addition
under Condemnation Resolution No.I770.
In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed, and the Board, (being--fb;ly advised in the matter, takes
final action on said condemnation resolution , and declares same in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that a list or roll be
prepared of all comers or holders of property, and of valuable interests therein,
soug#t to be taken or ,to be injuriously affected., which list or roll shall also
describe the property beneficially affected.
This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the
assessment roll for the vacation of the alley between lot 66 Henricks and Grants
Addition and lot IO rent and Garrisons sub of Lot I in Henricks and Garrison's
Addition from 1'arion Street to the north line of said lots I0 and 66, under
Vacation Resolution No.I763. -
Upon the request of some interested persons, the Board d::-cides
to continue this hearing until Tuesday morning February 8th., I927.
Upon the request of City Engineer, tr. H. G. ��tray, the Board
approved the drive way for a Filing Station at IM4 Portage Avenue o�ned by Charles
Kish.
