The Board met in regular session at 7-15 P. 7. All Tnembers
present.
This being the date set,continuPd hearing was had on the
vacation of the portion of the alley "'est of Studebaker Street betl-!een west ext.er_sions
of Colfax Avenue and Hine Street under Vacation resolution TTIo.I767. '
In the ob.ove matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed, and the Board therefore declares said resolution adopted
on the 8thl, day of December I926, in all things ratified, confirmed .and approved.
The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of.
property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously
affected, which roll shall also describe the property beneficially effected. I
This being the date set, continued hearing was hold on the vacation
of a. portion of th.e third alley west of Laporte Avenue from the first alley north of
Colfax Avenue to a point 60 feet South of the Northwest corner of lot 49 Rockafellers
second Addition under Vacation hesolution ho.I766.
In theabove matter, property owners in this vicinity appeared
and remonstrated against said vacation. Mr. Aaron Huguenard, attorney for the
Chicago, ' South Shore Street Cpr `'o., requested the Board for a continuance of.
the hearing on this vacation to allow .the Street (Jar Company time to submit additional;
information with respect to this alley vacation. The Board, therefore, decides to
continue this hearing until February I6th., I927.

In the above matter, upon the request of persons interested in said;

This being the date set, rearing was had on the Assessment roll I
for the Vacation of the alley between lot 66 Henricks & Grants Addition and Lot TO j
Kent and Garrisons'Sub-of Lot I Henricks and Garrisons Addition from Varion Street
to the North line of said lot s TO and 66, under Vacation resolution No.I763.
In the above matter, T`ir. George Omacht attorney for Hiram Yi11er,
and Aaron Hugu.enard, attorney for 7illiam and Barbara Smith, and remonstratt.ed against
the benefits as shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to continue
said hearing on the Assessment roll until February 2nd., I927.
This being the date set, hearing was had on the ` ondemnati on
Resolution for an Easement for the Construction of the North West Sewer, under
L'ondemnati on Xle solut ion No. T769.
In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no written

Upon the recommendation of 7m. F. Qualls, the Board approved the
moving of light No.204 located on Oak Street at the alley east of Sherman Avenue,
to the corner of Oak Street and Sherman Avenue. Same ordered.
The report of F. E. Champaigag, City Electrician., on the Meeting !
of the Western Association of Electrical Inspectors, held January 25th., 26th., �I
and 27th., I927, read and placed on file.
The Board approved the estimate of installing a new Buda Model YTU
Engine vrith new magneto carburetor and governor in the Federal Chassis on the
Street Flusher* Estimate of the I:unicipal Supply Co., for this work is 850.00.
The Board approved the following Bonds.
Renewal certificate for excavation bo#d of Harve E. Y.alott, tq1g,000.00 j
Renewa Renewal certificate for excavation bond of Emett Shaul, :.I,000.00
Excavation bond for W. W. Sibley, NI,000.00.
