Ass It Engineer, '`fir. R. L. Pike present. This being the date set,continued hearing was had on the vacation of 1'utt Street under Vacation Resolution No.I765, In the above matter, upon the request of property owners, hearing was continued until January 26th., I927. In the above matter, ten property owners in tY is vicinity_ appeared renonstrating .,against said 'vacation and after rearing ,all rersons interested in salad Vacation, the Board decides to continue the hearing until January 26th., I927, and orders the engineering department to make an investigation of same by that time. This -being the date set, hearing was had 'on the vacation of the portion of ,the first alley west of Studebaker 6treet between west extensions of Colfax Avenue and Hine Street under Vacation Resolution No.I767. i In. the above matter, the Board decides to continue hearing on said j Vacation untilTanuary 26th., I927. j This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls: Assessment roll for the vacation of the first alley west of Yeade Street from Washington Street to the South line of the first alley north of ?Washington Street j under Vacation Resolution No.I752. Assessment roll for the vacation of the alley between Lots I2 and I3 in J. Y. Studebaker!s subdivision from Kosciuszko Street to the west line of alley east of. Kosciuszko Street under Vacation Resolution TTo.I753. Assessment roll for the vacation of the first alley south of Lawton Street from Kaley Street to the west line of the alley east of Kaley street under .Vacation Resolution No.175I. In all of the above rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no. written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that several lots and parcels of land named on said rolls,. have been benefited and j damaged in the amounts named on said rolls, and trerefore, the Board declares said rolls, filed December I5th. , I926, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved j and the proceedings closed.
