John Olejniczak Minutes of meetings held December 28th., and December 29th., I(926, read and approved. Board approved the excavation bond of TvTorris Briggs for $I,000.00 signed by the Globe Indemnity Co. F. walls, -the Board appoved the installation of the following lights: I only 4000 lumen light, pendent fixture on nast arm from overhead wires, at the intersection of 'i�ilber and Keller Streets. Oost 45.00 per year. I only 2500 lumen light, pendent fixture on 10ast arm, from overhead wires in the rear of the 'ashington School on South Kosciuszko Street. Cost 35.00 per year. Upon the recommendation of-7m. ''. r-)ualls, the Board approved the petition of the Indiana & `'ichigan Electric Co., to place in the sidewalk area at the corner of Notre Dame As,enue north of Colfax Avenue. This will take the pole out of the street into the sidewalk atea and will not place the pole on any indivtdual's property. The Board approved the petition of the Twyckenham Land and Investment `'o., for the maintenance of 33 lights in Pidgedale Addition. The above named land C ., to pay for all f5ixtures and installation and said lig',ts to be turned on not before October I, I927. Kise 4.00 Th.e Board adopted a t6ndemnation resolution for tie use of the City " as an easement through sufficient lsnd for the construction of a. trunk sewer and \ for the further purpose of securing a permanent easement through a btrip of land twelve (I2) feet in width, six (6) feet on either side of the center line, to be used in'maintaining said trunk sewer, under Condemnation resolution No.I769. j In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the 26th., day of January I927, in -their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y., this Board will. meet to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property will be affected by said resolution.
