In all of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advise' in the premises, finds that the lots and parcels of land which have been assessed for said improvements have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls and therefore declares said rolls, filed November 3Oth., 1926 and December 8th.. , I926 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Board orders the above -rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds: Guarantee Bond of the 7!illiston Uonstruction Co. for the pavement on Fairview Avenue from Michigan Street to Ys in. Stred.t under improvement Resolution. No.I682. Bond for I01, of the ermtract price, 353.49, signed by Inland Bonding Co. Guarantee Bond of Hoban and Roach f cr the pavement on Almond "Ourt from. Notre DJqme Avenue to Ist. , alley east of St. Peter Street under Improvement resolution No.I709. Bond for I01 of the contract price, 2II.I5 signed by AR,erican Surety Co. The Board approved grades for the following: Alley North of California Street from College to Brookfield. Alley between Dale and Miami from Fairview to Irvington Ave. Alley between Johnson and Brookfield from Keller to ATarquette. Alley between Oakside and koodside from alley east of Yichigan to St. Joseph Street Alley west of College Street from California to Vassar A,,enue. Alley west of Harrison tivenue from Lindsay to VanBuren Street. ('ity Engineer, Mr'. H. r.
