This being the date set, Bids were received, opened and considered I, for the construction of, a sewer on Frederickson and Prast Street from Johnson Street to O'Brien; and on. Board signed the following contracts and approved construction bonds: Eston Ball contractor, for the construct ion of side walk on the north j j side of Prast Street from Johnson Street to 2nd., alley west of Johnson Street under Improvement resolution No.I758. Amount of contract 248.00 and the const �ctio� borid for I00% of the contract price, signed by the Standard Accident Insurance o. Rocco Simeri for the construction of a sewer on onmoyer Avenue from Michigan Street to yellows Street under Improvement resolution No.I756. Amount of ii contract 5,004.20 and the c onstruction bond for I00� of the amount of the contract price, signed by the Qolumbia Casualty Co. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Carl Zimmer for the construction of alley pavement on the alley between Portage -."venue and `+oodward from Yukon to Angella Avenue under improvement Resolution. No.I689. Guarantee bond of three years for IO`- of the contract price or 338.44 signed by the Southern Sj rety Co. In all of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no .written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the lots and parcels of land which are assessed on said rolls, have been benefited in the amounts shown on said rolls, and therefore, declares said rolls, filed November I7th. , and November 24th: , I926, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. Board no orders said rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. Oity Engineer, Y=r. H. G. Wray, filed the following Assessment rolls: II Assessment roll for the pipe sewer on Oolfax Avenue from Eddy Street to a point 35 feet west of the west line of lot 32 in Kuhr_'s First Surinyside'-1-ddition under Improvement resolution No.I697. H. G. Wray filed the assessment roll for the pavement on Victoria Street from Michigan 6treet to yellows Street under Improvement Resolution No.I684. Reith Rj ley Construction Co., contractors, 14,805.80. In the above matter the Board hereby orders that on the 8th., day of December, I926, this Board will meet at it's office in the City Hall .at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose porperty has been assessed for said improvement and will d.ec_Lde whether the lots or parcels of land which are assessed on said roll, rave been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. Board further orders that notice of said hearing be published on the 3rd., day of December and on the 4th. , day of December, 1926, in the News Times and South Bend Tribune. The Board approved the plat of Sarah K. Kirbyts sub -division of large lot 6 Listenbergers Addition with the following dedication: "The annexed plat is a sub -division of Large lot 6 Listenberger's Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. The size of th.e lots and the 'width of the strAets snd alleys are marked on the plat in feet and fractions thereof. The East and +Vest alley between lots I-2-3-4 is hereby dedicated tothe public for the use of the public as a public thoroughfare. Howard Street, Corby Street and the other alleys shown on the plat have already been dedicated. In witness whereof, I, the owner, Sarah L.
