'"°` Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
2010
The February 22, 2010 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council
was called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 5:20 p.m. in the
Council's Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Rouse, Dieter, Oliver
Davis, White, LaFountain and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen J. Luecke, City Attorney
Charles Leone and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent
Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to
the February 18, 2010 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the
purpose of discussing litigation pending or which has been threatened in writing
pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session
was that contained in the February 18, 2010 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 5:50 p.m.
