In the above matter; the Board 13ereby orders that on the
24th. , day of November, I926, st 7-I5 P. M. , this Board st it I s offi ce in the City
Hall, will meet to hear and receive remonstrances from a 11 persons whose property
has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to
the property assessed on said roll are equal to the amounts as sho,�Rrn on said roll.

I926, read and approved.
The Board approved the recommendation of 'ffm. F . Qualls for
the removal of the old style lights at the corner of Yonroe and Michigan and also
at the corner of. 'youth and Yichigan. This will be a saving of I30.00 a year, wh&ch
can be used to adva#itage in the installation of other lights in the City.
City Engineer, Mr. H. G. T°gray, submitted tabulation of bids
on the resurfacing of of Lafayette Street from north line of alley north of North
lore Drive to 11outb line of tTarquette Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.
I755.

Partial estimate No.I for the pavement improvement on Fisher Street
from Harris street to second alley west of Harris Str et, in accordance with the
terms of the contract between the city and 77illiston onstru.ction Co., contractors,
underImprovement Resolution No.I762. Board approved and signed same in the amount
of 3,050.25.
Partial Estimate No.2 for the grade, curb, walk, pavement and water
connections improvement on Belmont 'venue from Eddy Street and Mishawaka Avenue to
northerly line of Longfellow klaenue, in accordance with the terms of the contract
between the city and 7illiston Construction Co., contractors, under Improtement
resolution No.I666. Board approved and signed same in the amount of 25,II7.90.

on Harriett Street from JOfferson _Blvd., to Yishawaka Avenue in accordance with the

hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which
said street shall be improved and sets the 7th., day of December, I926,, when said
Board shall either pass on petitions for a change cf type of pavement other than that
specified in the preliminary order, award the contract for said improvement or reject
all bids. Board `hereby makes a preliminary award of the contract to 7';lliston
onstruction o., at their low bid of I,070.40.
