All members This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resolutions Sewer on Donmoyer Avenue from Michigan Street to Fellows.Street under Improvement resolution No.I756. Grade and walk -on -the North side of Prast Street from Johnson Street to the second alley west of Johnson Street under Improvement resolution No.2758. In both of the above matters, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises finds -that the lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of sane as reported by the City Engineer and, therefor decides to comfirm said resolutions and declare same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board Ifurther orders that on the 231111., day of November, 1926$ this Board will receive, open -and,, consider dealed proposals for the construction of the sewer on Donmoyer Avenue under Improvement - resoluti on No.I756 and for the construction of grade and walk on the North side of Prast Street under Improvement resolution N6,1758. Board further orders that "notices of said proposals be published; on the I2th., day of yovember and on the I9th., day of November I926 in the S,,uth Beni. News Times and Tribune. ;; The Board si ned the contract and .approved the construction bond of the N°illiston Construction o., for the construction of pavement on Fisher Street from Harris Street to the second alley west of Harris Street under Improvement'; Resolution No,1762. Construction Bond Cor-I00% of the amount of the -contract, 3, 5I0.53, signed by the Inland Bonding o.., also appr owed and signed. The Board signed the contract vtith the Yrilliston Construction Co., for the pavement on Twenty -Second Street from south line of lots 65 ard66 Jefferson Heights Addition to the north line of McKinley Avenue under'Improvement Resolution,No.I742. Con.s�ruction bond for I00I� of the contract price, 6,533.92, signed by Inland Bonding o., also signed and approved. The Board approved the following Guarantee Bonds: Guarantee Bond of A. In all of the above assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and ! no written remonstrance_ was filed, and the Board being fulling advised in the premises - finds that the benefits to the several lots and pardels of land primarily assessed, ar equal to the amounts set opposite said lots and p arcels,of land on said primary assess- ment roll, and the Board decides to sustain all former action taken on said rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, All of the said rolls are forwith ordered delivered to the Department of finance. City Engineer, filed plane and the _Bo and adopted' a resolution for the vacation of the alley between Eldora Court and hobinson 5treO from the North line of Lot 3 in i`obinson's first addition, produced west, to the South line of lot 58 Henry Leer's Sub., produced East. In the above matter, the Board hereby orders that on the Ist., day of December, I926, the Board, at itts office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M.,`will meet to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is affected by said proceedings nd will d ecide'whether the benefits to property affected by said vacatio will be equal to the damages. Board further orders that notices of said hearing be published on the I2th... day of November, and on the I9th., day of November, I926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune. The Board approved excavation bond of Emil -:�promberg for $I,000.00 signed by the Metropolitan Casualty Ins. Go. The Board approved the following Gyarantee Bonds: Pavement on Devon Circle from West line of Esther Street to the west end of Devon ,Circle under Improvement Resolution No.I736. - Bond for 450,62 signed by the Albert construction Co., contractors and Inland Bonding Co., surety. Pavement on Esther Street from Jefferson Blvd., to McKinley Street under Improvement Resolution No.I693, Bond for $2,0I4.74 signed by Albert Construction Co., contractors, and Inland Bonding Co., surety. Pavement on Washington Street from Jacob Street to Esther Stree under Improvement resolution No.I687. Bond for-$I,397.98 signed by Albert Constructio Co., contractors and Inland Bonding Co., surety. The Board approved the recommendation of Vvm. P. walls to allow the Indiana Bell Telephone Co., to erect certain poles in the alley north of •
