A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday,
March 6, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Suzanna Fritzberg and
James Mueller present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Therese Dorau were
absent. The meeting was held in the 13ffi Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is
fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims;
and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg
stated the following claims were submitted to the board for approval

Therefore, Mr. Mueller made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be
approved as submitted Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:03 a.m. Mr. Mueller seconded the motion, which carried.
