This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resolutions: . Pavement on the fourth alley east of T?ich.igan Street from Ohio to Keasey Street under Improvement Resolution No.1738. Pavement on Twenty Second Street from the South Line of Lots 65 and 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition to the North line of T,�cKinley !,.venue, under Improvement resolution Yo.I742. j Local Sewer on 7agnolia Street from. On all of the above assessment rolls, all of the property owners had waived all right to object to thy irregularity in the manner in which said proceedings have been conducted, and the Board finds that all of the lots and tracts of land have been benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls and therefore, declares said rolls, filed October 6th., I926, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. "., will hear anal receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is affected by said assess-ents and ir,rill determine the question as to whether these lots or parcels of land have been or will _�)e benefited in the amounts shown on s- aid roll. Board further orders that notices of said hearing be published on the 8tb., day of October and on the 9th., day of October, I926, in the '`evrs limes Times and Tribune and that notices also be sent to property owners. This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the Assessment Roll for the This, Street Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I544. Pursuant to the Remonstrance filed by the -Pennsylvania Railway Co., on the matter of the. assessment for this Fairview -Lain ' Trunk Sewer, - the Board" hereby modifies said assessment by reducing same in the amount of'22I.28._ __The Board finds that a'strip of the Pennsylvania Railway Cots right of way, 909'feet long and 99 feet wide, extending easterly from -the western boundary of the assessed district is -not benefited by the construction of the 36 inch sub -trunk sewer. The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of H: W."Reed for • the - constt'uetioh of pavement on Roberts Street under Improvement Resolution N6,I608. "Bond signed by the'Southern Surety Co., for I0% of the amount of the contract price, which amounts to 429.69. Monthly reports of the Building Department for the months of August and September 1926 placed on file. Board signed the following contracts and approved the construction bonds on the followings John N. Hipskind for the construction of a sewer on Donmoyer Street from'-" lHigh Street to a point 152 feet west of the center line of Miami Street under Improve- ment Resolution No.I735. Construction Bond for I00% of the contract price signed by The Globe Indemnity Co., approved and signed by the Board. John F. Hipskind for the construction of a sewer on Fox street from the -alley west of Clyde Street to Caroline Street under Improvement Resolution-No.I734. Construction Bond for I00% of the contract price signed by the Globe Indemnity Co., approved and signed by the Board. City Engineer, Mr. H. G. Wray, filed the following Assessment Rolls: Assessment Roll for the Grade, Curb and Walk Improvement on'Wilber Street j from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement hesolution No.I565. Assessment Roll for the pavement on Phillippa Street from Division Street. to N. J. 1. & I. R. R. Co., under Improvement Resolution No.I6I9. -In both of the above matters the Board hereby orders that on the 20th.., day of. October, I926,. this Board at itts office in the City Hall at 7-I5-P. M'... wily meet to decide whether the lots and parcels of land which have been assessed on said rolls have been or will be benefited to the amounts as shown on said rolls, Board further orders that notices of said hearing be -published in the News"Times and Tribune on the I4th., day of October and on the I5th., day of October, I926.
