G. v'`ray, filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted the following improvement resolutions,, all of the �roperty owners having waived all right of objection to the manner in which saic, proceedings have been conducted: Grade curb and walk on Johnson Street from the North line of Elwood Avenue j to the South line of Keller Street. Bulla Street from the West line of Johnson Street to the alley west of Johnson Itreet. South Half of Zeller Street from the west line of Johnson Street to the alley west of Johnson Street, under Improvement Re so lut ion ' No.I746. Grade, curb and Walk on O'Brien Street from the north line of Elwood Avenue Go the SStreet. outh line of Keller Buller Street from alley East of O'Brien Street to alley west of O'Brien Street. Sout1h Half of Keller Street from alley East of O'Brien Street to alley west of. O'Brien Street, under Improvement Resolution No.I745. Local sewer on Donmoyer Street under Improvementhesolution No., 1735. In both of the above resoluti cn.s, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board finds that the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will be benefited by same end the Board therefore declares said resolutions adopted the first day of September, I926, in all things ratified,. confirmed and app- owed. The Board further orders that on the 5th., day of October, I9261, this Board will receive--, open and consider sealed proposals for the construction of local, sewers on Donmoyer Street under Improvement Resolution. No.I735 and on Fox Street under Improvement Resolution No.I734. Notices of said proposals to be published in the News Times and' Tribune on the 24th.. , day of September and on the Ist . , day of October, I926. Continued hearing on the .assessment Roll for the Fairview -°gain Street Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I544-. In the above matter, remonstrators appeared and a written remon- strance was filed by the Pennsylvania Railroad Co., against the revised or modified assessment. After hearing all persons interested in said roll, the . Board decides to continue hearing on same until September 29th., 1926. This being the date set for the baring on the --ssessment Roll for Brookfield Street pavement under Improvement Resolution No.I620. In. the above matter, a written .remonstrance was filed by Clement Studebaker Jr., against his assessment on lots 27 and 37 in _Kauffman Place Addition. City .engineer, 1ir. H. C=. fray, filed Assessment Roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on College Street under Improvement Resolution No.. 1680. In the above matter, all property owners having waived all right of objection s to said proceedings, the Board finds teat the lots and tracts of land I have been benefited in the amountes as shown on said roll, and therefore, decides to sustain all former action on same and delcare same in things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board signed the contract with the "illiston Construction Co., for the construction of pavement on 22n.,d street under Improvement' Resolution No. I74I. Board also approved the construction Bond of same, it being for I00I� of the contract price130,386.75 •signed by the Inland Bonding Co. The board signed the contract iF.ith A. "Padoni & Co., for the construction of a sewer on rlbert Street under Improvement Resolution No.I732. Board also approved the const=r'•uction bond of same, it being for I00O-1-01 of the contract price, 2,607.75 signed by the Standard -�-ecident Insurance Oo, The Board signed the contract with Spadoni & Co., for the construction of a sewer on Esther -Street under Improvement Resoluti cap. No.I733. Board also approved the construction Bond of same, it .being f or I00 o of the contract price, 13,994.75 signed by the Standard Accident Insurance Co. _ The Board signed the contract with 17m. H. Burke for the heating in the F re Station No.9, River Park. Board also approved the construct ion bond for same, it being for 100 of the contract price, I333.00, signed by the Aetna. G. �,,r'ray, filed Assessment R011 for the pavement on Yleade Street from N. Y. C . R . R . to' Sample Street under Improvement resolution No.I633. In' the above matter, the Board hereby ord-rs that on the 29th., day of September, I926, this Board at its s office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P., Y. , will hear and receive all persons interested in said roll and will determine whether the lots and parcels of ;!land shown on said roll, have been or will be benefited inthe amounts as shown on the roll-* Board further orders that notices of said hearing be published in the News Times and !.
