Board approved the following C7uarantee or T:Iaintenaince Bonds: Reith Riley Construction Co., for the pavement on Bellevue, Fsther Street, nushkin and Hildreth Streets, all in Bellevue Addition. rIm ount of bond 3,768.44 and signed by the Southern Surety Co. C. E. Reesh for the local sewer on '.. lliam Street under Improve= ment Resolution No.I624. Amount of bond 295.58 and signed by the T,'etropo-itan Casualty Insurance Co. The ''Villiston Construction Co. for the Brookfield Street Improvement under Improvement Resolution No.I620. ;,,.,ount of Bond 4,40I.T_2 and signed by the Inland Bonding Uo. City Engineer filed a report on the remonstrance on the Corby Street pavement, showing I5 resident free holders on the street, nine of whom have signed the remonstrance. This number constitutes a majority and the Board, therefore, decides to res6iid^all former action on said Improvement Resolution and declare same in all things void. City Engineer, Yr. H. F. lualls, the Board Wpproved the change of the 4000 lumen light at the corner of Eckman and Fellows Street to a I000 lumen light. Also the installation of a 4000 lumen light at the corner of Eckman and Carroll Street. The.. above changes to cost the amity 22.00 per year.
