In the above matter, the Board hereby sets the 61ghthday of
SepterAber, I926, as the time when said Board will meet in it 's office in the City
Hall and ti^,Till hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said improve-
ment resolution. Board further orders that not&ces of said hearing be published
according to law on the 20th., day of Pugust and on the 27th., day of ugust, I926,
in the South Bend Tr-lbune and News Times.
Upon the recommendation of +m. F Qualls, the Board approved the
installation of a I000 lumen light at the alley on A-Ilen Stfeet, between Lindsey
and Van Buren Street. Cost 22.00 per year.
Upon the recommendation of ;`:gym. F. Qualls the Boar
� d`=-approved the
installation of a 4000 lumen light on Kemble Avenue at the Donald Street entrance.
Cost 45.00per year.
Upon the recommendation of 7,7m. F Qualls, the Board appro-ved the
changing of the I000 lumen light at the corner of South Bend �vefiue and Turnock Street
to a 4000 lumen light at an additional cost to tire city of 23.00, per year.

The Board approved the Yaintenainc e or Guarantee Bond of the Albert
Construction Co., for the pavement on Harriett Street from Jefferson Blvd., to
McKinley -venue under Improvement 1tesolution Ylo.1650.
The Board signed the contract and approved the construction Bond for
the construction of the sewer on 6t. Peter Street under Improvement Resolution
No.I694. C nstruction Bond being I00 % of the contract price and signed by the
Yassachuse4s Bonding Co., of Boston. L. H. 7!1�lbster Contractor.
