Qualls the f olloirring,-y lights were approved and ordered: %I I000 lumen light to be changed at Jefferson and °Valnut streets to a 4000 lumen light, so located that it will shine down Jefferson Street. Cost 23,00 per year. � ,* 2500 lumen light in the middle of the block between T:frall and rr'ishawaka Avenue on Twenty Seventh Street. Cost 35.00 per year.- 2500 lumen light at the intersection of Nursery Court and the second alley east of 28th. 6treet . 4000y-lumen light at the corner of T."iner Street and Sunnyside Avenue. Oust 45.00 per year. Board also approved the installation of a traffic light at the corner of Olive and Division Streets. Upon the recommendation of City Attorney, I. S. Romig, the board hereby decides that all plats must be recorded with the County"Recorder within 28 days after plat has been approved. Otherwise the bla-ts will not be accepted. City Engineer submitted the following partial estimates: Partial estimate "3 for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Hamilton Street from Porta e avenue to Olive Street inaccordance with the terms oe f the contract between the city and The Indiana Construction Co., under Improvement resolution No.I574. Ernest Young submitted plans and specifications which were approved by the Board. The Board orders that on the I7th. , day of August I926, this Board will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the construction of nose House No.91 in river Park. Board further orders that notices of said proposals be published according to law on the 4th. , day of August and on the IIth. , day of August, I926 in the News Times and South Bend Tribune. Board approved the plat of St. lParyls View Addition to the City of South Bend with the following dedication: Tuesday, August 3rd., 1926. "The annexed plat of �t . lvaryt s View "dditi on to the City of South B8n.d, Indiana, is a. subdivision of lots 283 and 284 North ° est 11-ddition to the ity of 6outh Bend, Indiana. The plat contains I7 lots numbered from I to 17 inclusive. The size of the lots and li,-idth of the streets and alleys are marked on the plat in feet and fractions thereof. Riverside Place, the only street in the addition which has not already 1--een dedicated, is hereby dedicated to t1 e Public for the use of th.e': Public as a Public thoroughfare.
