Board met in regular_ session at 9 A. Y. All members present.
T�inutes of meetings held July 20th., and July 2lst. , read and approved.

Upon the advise of City Attorney, I. D. Romig, the Board adopted the
following resolution:
"RESOLVED that the Johnson Yot or Co... be and i s hereby granted �erzis si on
to occuy and use temporarily and not to exceed the period of one year from
date, the unused alley to the rear of it's factory situated at and known as
No.908 East Sample Street, or so much of said alley as said Company may need,
j for the term herein specified."
Board ordered the Engineering epartment to investigate and correct the
sewer condition at the corner of TV10dora and Elerood Avenues.
City Engineer, Yr. H. G. '="-.tray, submitted the following partial: estimates:
Partial Estimate ;=2 for the Twenty -Fourth Street Trunk Sewer Improvement
in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and A. Spadoni
& Co. , Contractor. Board approved same signed it in the amount of 6, 545.57.
Partial Estimate No.I for grade, curb and w alk Improvement on C ollege
Street f rom Elwood to Keller Street in accordance with the terms of the
contract between the City and Carl F. Zimmer, under Improvement Resolution
No.I680. Board approved same same and signed it in the amount of 2,I85.65.
Partial Estimate No.3 for Grade, Curb and "'r,lk Improvement on Lincoln
Park Addition, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City
j� and Alex Bukowski, Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.I632. Board
approved same and signed it in the amount of 2,019.75.
