VTray, filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted and confiimed a resolution for the construction of a. system of Gas T�?ains in Coquillard �'�oods Addition. The Coquillard Land Co., being the sole owners of said Addition waived all right to objecting to the manner in which said resolution is passed. The Coquillard Land Go., submitted bid for the construction of the system of Gas Mains in the Coquillard ";'oods Addition. Bid for said work including the furnishing of all labour and material is I8,5I7.40. The Board signed the contract with the Coquillard Land Co., for the construction ofsystem of Gas Mains in Coqui Hard roods Addition at their bid of I8,5I7. 0.
