Board met in regular session at 9:00 A. 1I. V1. R. Hinkle And -Hazel A. Turner
absent.
Board signed Partial Estimate No. 1 for Pavement on Esther Street, Bellevue
Avenue, Ruskin Street and Hi.ldreth Street, all in ellevue Addition, in accor-
dance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Reith.-Riley Con-
struction Co. contractor. Under Improvement Resolution No. 1673. Amount of
$14,402.26.
Board signed Partial Estimate No. 2 for the Grade, Curb and Walk & Sewer and
drainage system on Kngella Avenue, Under Improvement Resolution No. 1560, in ac-
cordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Highways Improvement
Company, contractor, in the amount of $2,6O7.20.
Permission was granted to the Edwards.Iron Works to enlarge the hole in the
sidewalk in front of the 17ashington State.. ank, same to be used for an elevator.
Petition to place an oil tank between sidewalk and curb at 1215 N. Lafayette
Street denied.
Contractor's Bond of Thomas J. Shelley and I. F. Yiller signed and approved.
Claims ampunting to �3,563.36 signed and approved.
