Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M-4. 'Vr. "". P. Hinkle
absent.
Continued hearing had on Improvement Resolution No.I68I for
the pavement of Colfax Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn Avenue.
In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no wbAtten
remonstrance was filed and the Board therefore, decides that the benefits to the
property liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated
cost of same as reported by the C.ty Engineer. The Board, therefore, declares
said resolution, adopted June 2nd., 1926, in all thing ratified and confirmed and
approved.
Board further orders that on the 20th. , day of July, I926,
said Board will receive, open and c onsider� sealed proposals for the Improvement
of Colfax Avenue under Improvement Resolution 1681. Notice of s,9.id proposals
to be published in the South Bend TYewg Times and Tribune on the $th. , day of
July and on the I6th. , day of July, I926.

2Ist. , day of July I926, this Board at it's office in the City Hall, at 7-I5 P. 1, ,
will hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said resolutions and
will decide whether the benefits to the property liable to be assesed for said
improvements will equal the estimated of same, as reported by the City Engineer,
Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published in the trews Times
and in the Tribune on the 2nd., day of July and on the Oth., day of July,: I926.
