Board adopted tre following Resolutions:
Pavement of almond Court .from Notre Lyme "venue to the First Alley
rest of St . Peter Street Under Improvement Resolution No.I7O9.
Pavement on Ford Street from Olive Street to Kiley Street under
Improvement Resolution No.I7O7.
Grade, Curb and 1`2lk Improvement on Almond Court from the first alley
East of St. Peter Street to the third Alley Fast of St. Peter Street, under Improve-!
ment Resolution No.I7O8.
In all of the above matters, the Bos.rd hereby orders that on the
28th. , day of July 1926, this Board at it's office in the City Hall nt .7-15 P. Y. ,
will hear and receive all persons interested in oraffected by the above proceedings.
Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published on the 8th., day of
July and on the ISth. , day of July 1926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
City Engineer, H. G. X11ray, filed plans and specifications and the
Board adopted and confirmed a resolution for a lighting system in Uquillard j"loods
Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I7IO.

50 Sheridan 16 ft., Hollow &pun Concrete Lighting Standards Complete
with Octagonal Junior Lighting Units and Standard Series Film Soclrets each equipped
with I-I000 -I,um.en 6.6 :a:mpere Series Street Tight Limps, or equivalent Tamp. Said
50 Lighting Units to be inst�ll.ed complete ready for turning on of:the electricity
for the sum of I0,517.00. _
Board awarded said contract to the Coquillard Land Co., 2t their bid
of I0, 5I'7.00.
Board signed contract andapproved the following construction Bonds:

Coquil-lard Land Co., for the construction of `A'ater mains system in

No.I544, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the C, ty and H. V.
Arnberg. Board approved same and signed in the amount of 4,489.29. _
City Engineer, H. G. V'lray, submitted partial estimate No.I for the sewer
Improvement on lliam Street between Calvert and Ewing Avenue, in accordance with
the terms of the* c ontract between the City and C. 7. ='eesh, Contractor, under
Improvement Resolution No.I624. Board approved same and signed in the amount of

from A`Isrion Street to Navarre Street in accordance with the. terms of the contract
between the City and the 7.Tilliston Construction Co., under Improvement Resolution
No.15I8. Board approved same and signed in the amount of 49I70.95.
No petitions having been filed for r•ehange of type of pavement other
than that specified in the preliminary order, the Board this 29th., day of June, 1926,
makes a final order for sheet asphalt as the type of pavement with which Sunnyside
Avenue, under Improvement Resolution N .I653, shall be improved and awards contract
for said improvement to the '.`illiston ,onstruction Co., et their low bid of II,I05.98.
The Board approved and signed bills in the amount of 5,692.78 as follows,:
