Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. 7. All members
present.
Board signed contract VTith Central Electric Co., for
new lighting system in the City Hall, the amount of the contract being dip924.00
with a canbtruttion bond.of I00`� signed by the Fidelity & Deposit Co., of
1"aryland.
B6fa;rd,'" signed. contract with A. S padoni & Co., for the
Twenty -Fourth Street Trunk Sewer, the amount of the contract being 50,070..03, with
a construction bond of I00 % signed by Standard Accident Insurance Co., by John
Llpyo, �,. ttorney in fact.
City Engineer, H. G. ?'_'ray, filed plans and specifications
and the Board adopted and confirmed the Resolution for the pavement of the alley
east of Eddy Street from Belmont :avenue to South Street. The property owners
having waived all right of objection to the manner in which said resolution im.provemen
is executed, the Board also received bids for said improvement under resolution
No.1685.

Streets, Same ordered.
Report of the RtLilding Department read and approved and
placed on file.
. Upon the _recommendation. of City awarded�'ngineer, u. G, '-`'ray,
the Board awarded the following contracts:
Grade, curb and walk on College Street from 71wood to Keller Street under
Improvement resolution Wo.I680, contract awarded to Carl Zimmer at this low bid of
• 2,859.76.

Grade, Curb and walk on Bulla Avenue from Johnson Street to College Street
under Improvement Resolution No. I679, contract awarded to Eston Ball on his low
ll bid of I9444.63.
Grade, curb and walk on Brookfield Street from 71wood Street to Keller Street
under_.Improvement Resolution No.I678, contract awarded to Fston Ball on his low bid
of 3,980, 26.
