B. & Gary Land Co., Revised Addition from '-.he-north line of Calvert Street to the South. Line of the first EAst and Yu'est alley north of Calvert St. Vacation Resolution No.I658 for the vacation of alley lying between lots 44 and 45 .North S1,,ore Terrace Addition from Parkovash to South. line of alley north of iParkovash Avenue. Improvement Resolution No.I676 for the Triprovement of Sunnyside Avenue from Sunnymede Avenue to `.Mayne Street South. Improvement Resolution No.I677 for the Improvement of the first I Alley South of Elder Street from the 2nd. , alley lest of Carroll Street to the 2nd., Alley fast of r"ichigan Street. Board hereby orders that notices of said resolutions be published according to law on the 28th., day of T.'^y and on the 4th., day of June 1926, in the News Times and Tribune. Board at it's office in the City Fall on Tune I6th., at 7-I5 P. M., 1 will hear snd receive all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings. Board adopted and confirmed Resolution r.o.1675 for grade, curb and walk on Sunnydide Avenue, Thirtieth Street and Thirty -Second Street in R,'onticello Addition. This being a waiver improvement, property owners waived all right to objections in the manner in which said resolution is executed. i ~• Board approved plat of Knowblockts Subdivision with the following Dedication: The annexed plat is to be known. as unowblocks Subdivision and is composed of Lots 4,5,6, and 40 Post Place. 1 The Alley lying south of Lot 40 was v aceted by Order of County Commissior_rs (Book23, page 524) The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the public for public uses. The width of the streets and dimensions of the lots are marked on the plat in feet and decimals thereof. The building line is to be as is shown on the plat. There should be no residences.erected on 16ts numbered from 7 to II inclusive, costing less that-4`6,000.00, or on the balance of said lots costing less than 4,000.00. Hearing had on Improvement resolution No.1653 for the pavement of Sunnyside Avenue from Sunnymede Avenue to South street. In the above matter, no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed, and the Board finds that the property liable to be a ssesed for said improvement will be benefited in the amount of the estimate, as filed by the Frgineer. Board, therefore, decides to sustain all former action on said resolution and declare same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Board hereby sets the I5th., day of June, I926,-when said Board will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the improvement of said street, and orders that notices of same be published according to law on the 2nd., day of June and on the 9th., day of June, I926, in the News Times arid. T--"-oore for tr.e construction of a. filing station at the corner of Prairie and T`cving Avenues. Ac there is neither curb nor v-alk I on prairie avenue, the Board approved tentatively, a cinder drive until such time as garb and walk are built on Prairie Avenue. I Property owners on Wilber Street appeared with a,request that the sidewalk be built on the property line between Vassar A�renue and Bumbolt Street on '01ilber Street. After careful consideration by the Board and City Engineer, this request was granted and iJr. 17ray advised property owners that he would see that walk and curb be so constructed. Ir. Pettingill, attorney, appeared before the Board with his client ors. A. L. Brick, requesting that a red light be placed at the head of Chapin.Street in order to prevent North bound traffic off of Chapin Street from running into the Brick property. It was pointed out by 7.r. Pe#jtingill, that four times within the past twee years, automobiles have run onto the Brick property and into the residence, causing considerable damage. This matter to be given careful consideration and parties notified regarding the disposition of petition. T,ir. A.
