Board met in regular session at 9 A. M. All members present.

City Engineer, TiTr. "'ra.y, filed plans snd specifir.ations and the Board
adopted the following Improvement resolutions:
Local sewer on Oakside Street between Yiami Street and the first alley
Aest of Dale Avenue under Improvement resolution No.167I.
Local sewer on Rush Street from the manhole in Pennsylvania Avenue to
a point 250 feet South under Improvement resolution No.I672.
Grade, curb and walk on Huey Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street
under Im.provemen.t .resolution No.1670.
In, the above matters, Board hereby orders that on the I6th., day of
j June, I926, said Board will meet in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y... and hear and receive
all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings and will decide whether
the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements, will equal
the estimated cost of same. Board hereby orders that notices of same be published
according to law on the 28th., day of May and on the 4th., day of June, 1926,
i in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
