Board met in special session. John. Hlejniczak absent.
City Engineer, Yr. "Tray, filed tabulation of bids on Cedar Street
sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I656.
George Pontarelli
$5, 339.00
This being the only bid received, the Board hereby, awards contract
to George Pontarelli at his low bid of 5,339.00.
Upon the recommendation. of Yr. C J. r<llardt, Street Commissioner,
the Board hereby orders TTr. A.11ardt to place the order for street repair
unit with the Andresen Road Repair Co., at their low bid of 3,800.00.
Board approved the following bills and signed same:

Pavement on Longfellow Abrenue from T-7ishawaka Avenue to South Street
under Improvement Resolution No.I667.
Pavemement on TF, _ erson Avenue from Yishawaka Avenue to lr'a11 Street;
':'all Street from Emerson Avenue to 7:rest Line of Harriett Street; Chester Street
from Emerson Avenue to the 71est line of Harriett Street, under Improvement
.resolution No.I668.
Pavement on Belmont Avenue from Eddy Street and Yishawaka Avenue to
the Northerly line of Longfellow Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I666/
In all of !:h.e above matters, all of the property owners waived ull
objections to the manner in which said resolutions were filed and exectted.
Board received, opened and considered bids on the following
