Hearing had on rissessment Roll for grade, curb and walk on Colfax
! Avenue from Eddy Street to Sunnyside Avenue under improvement resolution No.I561.
Hearing continued until Yay I9th., I926.
Hearing had on the Pavement and widening of ,,Viami Street from the
!� North line of Indiana running east from Miami Street to the south line of
Boi-loran Street, under improvement resolution No.1637.
In the above matter twelve remonstrators appeared against said

� improvement and the Board, therefore, decides to reeind all former .action
on the resolution and declares same null and Votd..
Hearing had on grade, curb and walk improvement on Twenty fourth Street
!l from the north line of Jefferson Blvd., to the North line of '''ashin#ton Ave.",
under Improvement resolution r?o.I640.
In t'7e above matter the Board finds that the property liable to be
assessed for said improvement will be benefited in the amount as shown in the
Engineer's estimate, and the Board, therefore, hereby ratifies, confirms and
approves said resolution, as adopted on anril I4th., I926.
Board further orders that said Board, on ,Tay 26'th., I92.6 will
receive, open and consider proposals for said improvement and orders that
notices of same be published according to law on the I4th., day of "ay and on

the 2Ist., day of stay, I926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
Dearing had on grade, curb and walk improvement on `"ashington Avenue
from the cast line of Twenty-second street to the west line of Twenty-fourth St.,
under improvement resolution No.I64I.
In the above matter the Board finds that the benefits to the property
liable to be assessdd for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of
I same, as reported by the City engineer, and therefore, said Board hereby, ratifies,
j confirms and approves said resolution, adopted April I4th., I926.
Board further orders that on liay 26th., I9261 taid Board will receive,
open and consider proposals for said improvement and orders that notices of same
be published according to law on the I4th., day of 'ray and on the 21st., day
of Fay, 1926, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune.
Hearing ha.d on Twenty-fourth Street Trunk `'ewer under Improvement
resolution No.I644.
In the above matter, the Board finds that the benefits to property
liable to be assessed to said improvement, are equal to -he estimated cost, as
reported by.the City engineer, and therefore, said Board does, hereby, ratify,

open and consider proposals for said improvement and orders that notices of

City Engineer filed tabulation of bids for sidewalk improve-ent No.1659.
Fston Ball being the only bidder on said.improvement was awarded the contract at
his bid of 263.20.

the City and.Alex Bukowski, Improvement resolution No.I6I3. Board signed

City Engineer filed plans and specigications and the Board adopted
the following Improvement resolutions:

In the above matters the Board hereby orders that notices of said

21st., day -of 472ay, 1926, in the.South Bend News Times and Tribune. Said Board
at itts office in the city will on the 2nd., day of June, I926, at 7-15 P. Y.,
and hear and receive all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings.

is a subdivision of the following described property, to wit:
