Co., being the Lowest bidder on the above improvement is hereby given a
preliminary order for the improvement at their how bid of 55,877.16.
Bids having been received for the improvement of Wagnolia Street under
Improvement Resolution No.16I71 the Board now, this IIth., day of Yay, 1926, makes
a preliminary order for Sheet Asphalt as the kind of pavement with which said street
shall be improved and fixes the 25th. , day of Yay, I926, at I0:00 A. Y. , as the
time when said Board will either pass on petitions for changing kifid of pavement,
award said contract, or reject all bids. The Reitr Riley Construction Co., being
the lowest bidder on the above improvement, is hereby, given a preliminary order,
for the improvement at their lover bid of I3,7I4.58.

given a preliminary order for the improvement at their' low bid of 11,460.34.

for lighting system in Ridgedale Second Addition at a cost tb^-the City of
-720.00 per year for the period of ten years. Same suggect to ratification
by the Council.

Above claims as evidenced by vouchers "2349 to 2397 inclusive.
The Board, by unanamous vote, hereby orders that during the
year I926, the City Engineer shall receive 2,500.00 pavable from the
Track Elevation fund, in equal monthly installments and retro-active as
of January 4th., I926. '-'his amount in addition to the City engineer's
regular salary, a s auuthorized by law and auto-obile allowance as
authorized by City Ordinance.
The Board further orders, hereby, that the sum of $600.00 be paid
to Yiss Hazel A. Turner Clerk of said Board, in accordance with the
authority of the Grade eparation 1=cts of I9-23.. This sum to be paid from.
the Grade Separation Fund and the order to be retro-active as of January
4th., I926. Said sum to be in equal monthly installments, during the year
1926.
